I followed the early plans for 0 A.D. migration, and ForgeJo was not yet a thing at the time a platform was selected. So obviously it could not be an option ;)
The last update for for the Zelda RTS, Hyrule Conquest, by chasen lindsey, askarus and exodarion
makes it one of the biggest mods of pyrogenesis! In some ways even bigger than the game itself.

@play0ad i hope this game will grow stronger and stronger, just like other free and open source software, so we can all have quality games no matter how much money we have.
To anyone working on a big open-source project: never let a single person handle too many tasks alone, especially for a long time. You will burn your most active contributors.

@stan, thanks for all the work you did on 0 A.D., you deserve to look back proudly at all your achievements on what is the best historical RTS out there. Even commercial games can not compete with it ;)
The next alpha of 0 A.D. will feature an experimental Vulkan backend! It took 1.5 years of refactoring to get there but it will open new opportunities in the future!
You can test it and report bugs by downloading the development version of the game.
