I have one particular widget that uses full words instead of symbols. I can’t decide if I should change this scenario to just use initials so I can make the high and low much more prominent.

TIL It’s not possible to transfer money between bank accounts in the US. This feels like one of those ‘lobbyists bribed politicians to make the customer experience worse so they can sell an unnecessary solution’ things.

Edit: I did not foresee this being such a thing. Please stop explaining banking systems, I think I now know in minute detail exactly where this post is and isn’t completely accurate. Thank you.

Hugo is being a huge PITA so I'm looking to move away to something that requires less brain power for my blog.

Musts:

  • Be able to write blog posts in markdown
  • RSS
  • Support Swift code blocks

Nice to have:

  • Require little brainpower to get set up and maintain
  • Have some degree of control over theming (although I'll take black and white)

And please don't suggest Wordpress.

The variety in architecture and culture in Singapore are amazing. You can walk 15 min and suddenly the people, languages, buildings, music, food, and smells completely change and transport you somewhere that feels like a different country

This is my first year having to file taxes and GST/HST returns on my App Store earnings. Goodness me it was brutal.

I needed figures from three different sources, so 36 spreadsheets in total were downloaded from App Store Connect.

The good news is I now know what I'm doing and have the formulae for next year.
