Are there any #fediverse platforms that don't compress or others ruin image uploads? #mastodon reduces many images to under 2000 pixels in either direction, usually in the 1600-1800 range from what I've seen.
@entropealabs I've checked out #pixelfed, but from what I've seen images are also tampered with on there as well. Do you have any examples of images above 2k resolution from a pixelfed instance?
@Tusky I've been testing different Mastodon apps and so far I prefer Tusky, but I'm having to keep Megalodon installed because Tusky can be anywhere from 3 to 15 minutes behind on notifications. Will notification speed be improved soon?
