@wlukewindsor Honestly, I don’t hate it. I’d even upgrade it to SRAM Force AXS with rim brakes, but I’m on a tight budget right now…🤣 @cycling @rower

To ograniczenie, że leki z jednej recepty można wykupić tylko w jednej aptece, to jest największe gówno na świecie, i całkowicie nieprzemyślane w kraju, gdzie ciągle tych leków brakuje.

@pluszysta Kiedys rzeczywiście tak było, ale od jakiegoś czasu miałem okazję realizować jedną receptę w różnych aptekach… Ten przepis już chyba jednak został zniesiony…

@pluszysta Mój błąd… Rzeczywiście, szybko doczytałem, że kilka opakowań jednego leku trzeba w tej samej, a różne leki w kilku aptekach… Cóż, jeszcze się najwyraźniej na to boleśnie nie nadziałem…🤷🏻‍♂️🫣@podryban

@podryban To chyba w takiej sytuacji profilaktycznie próbowałbym dogadać się z lekarzem, jeśli oczywiście jest taka możliwość, żeby wystawiał osobną receptę na każde opakowanie…🤷🏻‍♂️ @pluszysta

Oh, boy! Currently the mechanic from is inspecting a car we will potentially buy. I've never been so unsure about something... I'm hoping the car is in a good shape, and the repairs done to it have been done properly (it has been imported to Europe damaged). It's also pretty expensive for a used car (in our categories)...🙏

#Shimano is so annoying… I’ve been trying to eliminate bottom bracket/crankset clicking on my #gravel #bicycle. In theory it should be easy. BSA, Hollowtech… If there’s even one, microscopic grain of dirt, it’s gonna click and/or rub, no matter what…

I’ve removed crankset, BB, cleaned it, drowned it in lube and assembled it again, torqued to spec. I bet it’s gonna click right away I start my next ride…

@wlukewindsor I’m stuck with qr as well, but I use those expensive DT Swiss things which you can tighten very hard. I doubt that’s the reason of clicking. Up to this point I’ve been running 2 bb spacers on non-drive side of the bb to improve the chain line… (it’s boost 12 speed drivetrain on non boost 135 rear hub frame…😂). Now I have proper spacers setup but the chain might drop a few gears from the top on backpedal…😩🙈

@wlukewindsor They are really nice and easy to use. You don’t have to clamp the thing like the normal QR. The lever is built in a way that you can sort of pull it and rotate to a desired position without unscrewing it.

It was hassle free until I started mixing parts. The issues began when I combined Deore right crank with SLX left one. It doesn’t work without extra spacers which puts strain on the bb…😂 Now I’m all slx but I hate the chain line…😵‍💫

I hate prednisone due to the side effects and it is also a wonder drug. 1.5 days after the 1st dose, the pain is pretty much gone and my fingers function almost normally.

@luccamerel The list of side effects is almost as long as the list of things it treats… Thou I have taken it for some time and I had all the asthma related issues gone…😂 I sometimes miss it, but asked doctors for a prescription and they were not so eager to prescribe…😂

Why put your bike backwards in a bike rack and bend your derailleur that way?

@luccamerel This is the worst kind. It urges you to lock the front wheel, making your bike easier to steal, especially with quick release. From a thief’s perspective front wheel is cheap and easy to replace, bike is worth more… I’d just shift to the smallest cog so the derailleur is out of the way and lock the rear wheel AND frame to it…

If I had to lock the bike for longer I’m locking rear wheel together with frame to the stand and front wheel to the bike frame…🙈🫣
