@ai6yr Normally we hover around that range unless it's rush hour, then it can get into the 20-30 range because we're in a large metro area with a ton of (sub)urban sprawl. It's not bothering me too much right now though I have a bit of a headache. I went ahead and decided to skip my usual exercises this evening.

So something that occurred to me the other day is that the wave of new users from reddit to mastodon and the fediverse at-large is going to be a lot different compared to the Twitter migration(s).

Reddit's user base is generally more technically savvy than Twitter's. You're not going to see as many complaints about how hard it is to pick a server, or how federated networks are too difficult to understand.

I think that may be why reddit might be more screwed than Twitter.
