How large were your physical changes and how large, if any, were the social ones? Related to anything you feel comfortable sharing, e.g. socializing/meeting new people, work, dating etc.

Macrofactor for calorie tracking. It does an amazing job of calculating your TDEE based on your caloric intake and weight.
For tracking weights, I use Fitnotes. No particular reason, really. I tried a bunch of apps and felt like I had some issue with all of them. I ended up settling on Fitnotes.
Not sure if you know this, but I'm pretty sure Macrofactor has a period tracker. Never used it so idk if it's good, but I remember seeing it when going through the settings.
