"Big corps" aren't involved here. It's a philanthropy project, and from what I can find it's not legally encumbered in any way like Monsanto stuff is. This is entirely Greenpeace doing something that gets headlines, instead of something actually good. Don't forget that that organization, too, has motives, first among which is going to be survival and advancement of the organization.
Transphobia, more than any other bigotry, seems to rot the mind. It's not obvious to me why it's that way, but there are several cases where you can watch someone start at some vaguely terfy position, and end by losing their work and nobody wanting to hire them and getting divorced because they just will not shut up about how trans people, a subset of humanity roughly on par with genetic redheads in the general population, are destroying society and making everything awful and ruining their bodies and on and on and on.
It seems very much to me like people trying to keep some ideal of purity for themselves, and if someone who unironically says, "genocide Joe" would care to correct me I'm listening, but it's unclear how letting the guy who changed the us stance on settlements being unlawful to being totally cool win because of your unwillingness to recognize that this world is actively on fire, and we have to live with whatever future we steer to regardless.

It is not clear to me why anyone would go to hell in that case. My understanding of people is imperfect, as is my capacity for universal love, but I certainly don't want anyone to suffer, especially since I understand that people are responding to incentives and are not themselves perfectly rational beings with absolute control over themselves or the situations they respond to. I can't imagine sending anyone to eternal suffering described as a lake of fire under any circumstances in preference to helping them to grow better, if I had both the power and a necessity for them to be better by some measure.
