I'm 0 for 6. Tried each one vanilla and modded. Couldn't do it but I really wanted to lol.

The best printer to have in your house is not having a printer in your house.

If she has to have one, try and talk her into getting a Brother.

If she insists on getting an HP, try to avoid the subscription ones. If she's only printing, use the HP Universal Print driver and just use the base driver. (Device manager > find the printer > update driver > browse for the driver > Have disk > Find the INF > yada yada)

If she likes shitty bloated software, I guess let her install the normal drivers but it's going to suuuuuuck. Wifi printing from them also sucks, unless you enjoy constant tech support. Then being on the phone trying to resolve a wifi issue.

Anyway, fuck a printer.

Where? They changed in the US on March 10th.

Ah okay! I assumed the EU didn't do it or already got rid of it because of how dumb it is.

The Silver Bullet. That Werewolf scared me soooo much as a kid.

Since the Steam Link app came out on it, it's been waaay easier to play PCVR titles. I've had more fun with it playing modded games that weren't meant for VR than actual new VR games. Valheim was nuts. Skyrim VR modded to hell is super nuts. It's a great way to re-experience some of those old games.

"Well we figured out we're great at making shit games and love micro-transactions. So mobile and free-to-play seem right up our alley."

I think they had a competition going with Logitech for the most useless handheld device.

Say no to console locked peripherals.

Jumping on all the latest money sucking trends with them too.

Yeah this drives me insane. My hot bar is always getting disorganized from removing and re-equipping gear. I just wish they remembered their last position.

TIL You can jump to Karlach from the back exit of Zevlor's room in the grove (startrek.website)

If you go to where Zevlor is standing here in the grove there is an exit to the left up some rocks. When you go out this exit Karlach’s spawn point is a jump down the cliff on the right. You’ll take like 90% damage if you don’t have featherfall or something similar like misty step but you get to her super early and don’t...

I've been doing the Grove battle, then heading straight west across the bridge. Once I get to the Blighted Village entrance, head north, grab Scratch then jump across the rocks at the river. Then head east and meet up with her.

As long as you don't stray off that path or enter the Blighted Village you will not run into any enemies.

This and Square still charging forward with crypto/NFT bullshit is wild.

It works exactly like this if you play with a controller.

It was a chat client that also shared what games you were playing. Like Steam friends list way before Valve finally got it working.

Oh no! Not cloud gaming! It was such a hit for OnLive and Stadia.

Bad analogy, Smart TVs actually do suck and so do their apps. This is like replacing WinAmp with RealPlayer.

I did this in my 2012 Tundra and having the option of Car Play or Android Auto is so nice. Having Waze navigate, PlexAmp stream my music and have all that info on the display is awesome. Meanwhile my wife's 2015 Rav4 has outdated, out of support navigation and slow as hell interface. I'd love to replace it too, but I'll have to see if replacing it breaks any of the cars other functions. I've used Crutchfield the past three I've replaced. Put in your car model and they will add everything you need to get it going.

Seeing so many brands (especially GM) with their full LCD displays, I know those will eventually have some kind of problem. It's insane to me to have those be the main panel display. I can't imagine the cost to replace them or if you can even get the parts in 5-10 years.

(Rumor) EVGA to withdraw from the Motherboard market ? (www.techpowerup.com)

In what could be the beginning of the end for EVGA after its spectacular withdrawal from the graphics card market that it held leadership position in; the company is reportedly winding down its desktop motherboard business, too. Korean overclocker Safedisc, writing on Coolenjoy tech forums, stated t...

Back when they were somewhat reasonably priced I bought a x58 SLI LE for my i7 920 and a Z97 FTW for my 4690k. For me they were both excellent boards and were rock solid. I wanted to go with them again when I upgraded to my 10700k but they just became to damn expensive. Instead I went with MSI and it's just... okay.
