I don't know. Maybe staking the latest attempt to reboot manned lunar exploration on what is less a a rocket designed for a particular mission and is more yet another stainless steel ideation of the raging ego of a narcissistic man-child was possibly a mistake?

because it's incredibly powerful rocket yet reusable. that's less time between launches and a lower mission cost.
i want to make myself clear: i hate musk and spacex fanboys as much as the next man, but this isn't evangelism. starship is an incredibly exciting launch vehicle and i want it to succeed as much as i do nova or SLS.

but still i ask, how so? what do we need rockets to do else be giant payload fairings with engines on the other end? what makes it so unfit for artemis - autonoumous, re-usable landing is it's core design tenant?

@Alice utopia is great - violent but doneso for effect (not just gore for the sake of it). very visually and musically unique; brilliantly acted
you'd have to pirate it though. it's tricky to find the original show - there's an amazon remake which isn't great and a lot of downloads don't use it's iconic aspect ratio which ruins a lot of shots.
new snuts album is so beautiful.. can't get butterside down / circles out my head.

Hey Fedi, quick #question. For a while now, I wanted to make my (already self-hosted) #git repository available on the web, but only in a bare-minimum, read-only way. The stuff big forges use (gogs, gitea, gitlab, etc) is too big and featureful for the quick'n'dirty thing I want. No accounts, no writing. Simple.
So what do you recommend? I think something like the https://git.kernel.org interface could work, maybe even simpler. Would it, without anything extra installed allow git cloning?
