This morning, we played The White Castle for the 1st time. For a game that only has 9 turns, there was a surprising amount of chaining able to be done. A very enjoyable, quick euro. And dice allocation is one of my favorite mechanisms. 8/10.

Looking for a TTRPG game I've forgotten the name of:

In this game you play a hero's hirelings, as they make their way home after the big adventure they were hired for (without the heroes). I think the game is about telling the tale of what happened to the heroes.

Republicans are seeking to gain political advantage from a terrorist attack by falsely linking the Iranian prisoner deal with the attack by Hamas in Gaza and taking shots at President Biden.

I remember a time, not too long ago, when American foreign policy was a bipartisan matter, and where we rallied around our leaders rather than try to tear them down in time of crisis. We need to return to that era so that we can be the United States of America to the rest of the world.
