It's work stuff today as usual which isn't too busy as things have finally calmed down since our major release of Nova 8 a couple of weeks ago.

I started Ghost of Tsushima this morning, so more of that later as well as Fortnite with friends. Nothing much for the weekend yet.

@Abyssnauta Graphics are FREAKING AMAZING! Game play is fun so far, but I'm only just an hour or so into the game. Haven't really done much beyond the opening stuff.

I’m currently at my neurologist appt. After that I have the usual work thing. Already have a couple of support issues from yesterday from when I was out. The later today just some school work and chillin. Not sure about the weekend yet.

One thing that I want the Apple Pencil Pro to be able to do is, when on the Home Screen, you should be able to hover on an app and squeeze the pencil to invoke the long press menu

So yesterday I was out doing what I can’t talk about right now, and my car started making knocking noises (like a lawn mower), as I was trying to get to a shop, my engine began to limit the power to it. So I limped it to the shop. Glad I made it, just as I got there it shut off.

Engine light was blinking and oil light came on. 😒 It was 2 quarts of oil low somehow, so not sure what is going on.

This is definitely an interesting read about the moon getting its own time zone.

It actually makes perfect sense in so many ways. I really hope since the moon time zone won't honor DST(Daylight Savings Time) that this helps us here on Earth get rid of it as well and not honor it going forward.

@bpavuk I totally get what you are saying. I work for a major Android launcher myself and have for 8 1/2 years. A timezone on the moon seems weird, but interesting.

We are looking to fully self host our instance so that we have full control over everything related to the instance. This means we need/want someone that has experience running a self hosted instance and has the time to help Kyle with things when he's not around to do various things. (cont...)

It's work as usual here with a meeting at 12pm and then not much else work wise after that.

I'll be starting Ghost of Tsushima on PC today since it releases at 11am EST. Super excited to play this as I never played it on console.

@stu While I use both Android and iOS, I keep one of both around at all times just to be able to experience them both. You get to experience both ecosystems and really decide what you like best and in most cases, can use one or the other at any time as your daily driver if needed/wanted.

Yes, as Kyle stated, we aren't looking to move the blog, wiki or anything else. Just the instance itself so that we can have full control over it and do things like change max character limit of each post and other similar things.

DigitalOcean is where we have the blog and the wiki and it would certainly be nice to go with them for this too, but not necessary. Any good deals on pricing would be most welcomed.

The Wayfinder Discord is going up in smoke right now after their latest announcement. It's kinda funny, but also sad. Another MMO-hopeful, well.. not exactly dead, but the MMO-experience is going away.

Can't say that I'm surprised, I even think it's the better decision for them to make, but I do get that people that spent money on it expecting an MMO experience are mad.

@armerpunkt Not really sure what the full plans are right now. We just want to fully host things ourselves so that we have full control over everything and can expand things at a likely cheaper price if/when needed.

We want to be able to change things like max character length for posts, max options for polls and stuff like that.

So we're looking for someone that can and will help us maintain it as Kyle doesn't have all the time to do so.
