‘Not Dead Yet' has so much potential. I really hope somebody picks it up, even streaming, and continues the series somewhere else.

So now, ABC only has a half a season of the Conners and Abbott Elementary for comedies with a new comedy series by RWNJ Tim Allen in the works.

This is such a shame. So much potential. A really good cast that has chemistry. A good storyline. One of the few television shows, especially comedy, where the actors don't seem to be overcoached or overacting.

This is one of those shows that if the network would have treated it better could have rebounded like mash and Star Trek did. Both were failures at first. Hopefully streaming will pick it up.

I love how people are making this a Mastodon demon, and maybe there should be a Mastodon fix, but complaining about Mastodon because your public publishing platform can't handle up to 25K page hits randomized in a short minute or so, seems more on you & not the system getting the content

If these were deliberate users coming to view/read their link, it would be fixed by the complainers in an hour or so permanently

Does slow feed torrents so torrents don't get stopped?

I've a torrent that's been locked at 91% for days

I can go to their website &download as fast as my browser &internet will let me but when I use a , it seems to totally rely on everyone else that may be seeding that torrent. If they slow fed, I could have gotten the 90% elsewhere &the last 9 from them slowly or is it my issue

Do I start over &just download 100% from them to get the file–use their bandwidth? @textfiles

Do you happen to use Backblaze B2B for your S3?

This is a known problem with Backblaze B2B users, esp when media cleanup tasks are running.

I've had an open ticket with them for months going back and forth to get it resolved.

These errors all occur around the same time: "Failed to open TCP connection 443 (execution expired)" errors, "No Tomes Available", "end of files."

They have elevated to senior support, we've replicated in testing, etc.

While running 'tootctl media remove' with them monitoring the last time, I got this many errors:

157 "Failed to open TCP connection 443 (execution expired)" errors, 394 "No Tomes Available", 105 "end of files"

It ran for around an hour. I forget how many files were removed. Not sure all of it was related. These were the errors that came out of the logs during the test.

I meant to add, I get the nofiles too. I've raised the limit, setup sidekiq restart crons jobs, (I think by the advise of Michael) and it still happens, a lot. That was the point of my initial reply and should have been the start of my initial reply before the backblaze info.. ;)
