@GottaLaff There is something I don’t understand amd maybe any of your followers can help. Why if there are two seats only two candidates can proceed to the Genral election from the primary?
@GottaLaff There are two votes to cast for California Senate. That is ehat is confusing me. What happens with the other Senate position, shouldn’t it be two separate races?

It is a shame we lose three excellent Reps to hold one Senate seat. Are Lee and Schiff's seats safe for dem candidates? I can see cabinet positions for Porter and Lee. If not the Secty level, a #2 position.

We still haven't till march fifth to vote. I'm usually an early voter, but I've been busy. I'm still submitting my ballot and I'm still voting for Katie. So let's hope there's more of me out there.
This was a tough one! I love both Katie and Adam--we need them BOTH. I looked at the numbers and donated to Schiff because I knew I wasn't personally able to bail Katie out.
@DemocracyMattersALot@GottaLaff I am voting for Schiff. It's unfortunate that we will lose Katie Porter in the House. She had to resign to run for Senate. Can only hope that a Democrat will win the seat she vacated, but it is Orange Country.
Garvey should be nowhere near this race. He is totally unqualified, but may make it to the second spot.
@GottaLaff is it too late for Porter to run for her house seat now? It’s a shame to lose her in the house, though she would have made a great Senator. Has the house primary run at the same time?
@GottaLaff I thought that might be the case. ☹️ I’m sure we haven’t seen the last of her. She is fantastic. I hope Schiff wins in the general. He will be a good Senator.
Would truly love to know why everyone who has ever held a tennis ball, baseball, soccer ball, football, or basketball believes they are qualified to hold a public office. Most of them aren't qualified to have a driver's license 🙄 much less represent a state's constituency.
