Unrelated: I use a calligraphy pen to ink my drawings. It allows me to adjust my line weights just by holding it at different angles without having to switch between six different pens.

@RickiTarr, our local ABC affiliate's Chief Meteorologist, Pete Delkus, said this live on air last summer when he noted the temperature in McKinney. It made the rounds for several weeks and pops up again from time to time. Still humorous...

McKinney has 2 temps next to each other so looks like it is 101,105f (56,152c) The temperature at the surface of the Sun is about 10,000 Fahrenheit (5,600 Celsius). so McKinney is 10x hotter than the surface of the sun. this is followed by the scene from terminator 2 judgment day sarah connor dreams of nuclear bomb destroying the world
