On the 30th: Mastodon users welcome newcomers by writing & boosting tutorials and tips, sharing #Introduction posts, answering questions, ...
After: keep helping newcomers and sharing intro posts.

PS: 30th of July is also the International Day of Friendship, which seems appropriate, as we would like to welcome all our friends on here :)
