The Cookery is back for a second edition! Join us for presentations, workshops led by novel duos of artists, music performances, and of course delicious food!
Together, we will delve around the wide intersection between art and science; a critical look on digital fabrication and maker culture; and a bricolage, diy, lowtech approach to making instruments, music and sound.
The first day of #TheCookery will be dedicated to #talks & concerts, starting in the morning with a series of presentations of local #artScience initiatives.
With Ohme (Sustainable Robotics), KIKK (imagining Ecological Futures) and the Lumson project (which is also part of one of our workshops!)

It’s hard to express what an honour & privilege it has been to work with such lovely, talented people: I learned a lot & hopefully managed to share some of the wonders of the universe too.

Another great show in Maastricht last night on our #MetropoleOrkest x #SolarOrbiter tour – our best yet, I’d say, & good preparation for the big one at the Carré tonight in Amsterdam 🌞🛰️🎶
A nice side benefit of this tour is seeing parts of The Netherlands I’ve never visited before – Maastricht is a lovely city indeed.
Still pinching myself that I get to do this, an art-science cross-over with the amazing #MetropoleOrkest 🙇♂️😱
Tonight’s sold-out #SolarOrbiter show in The Hague felt really good & there was a real buzz in the orchestra afterwards, not to say in the great audience too. Thank you for another standing ovation – we’re loving it 🙂👍
A day off now, then Maastricht & Amsterdam on Monday & Tuesday.
