#ThrowbackThursday to March 2014, when the waves of a storm system pounded the seawall of La Jolla's "Children's Pool" — and it all disappeared in this long exposure. :)
We're getting "some" rain today in San Diego (no flooding in our area but further south it's not good) and it's been dim and gloomy all day long. Here's a mood photo.
These are the tide pools near "Hospital Point" in La Jolla, San Diego County — they're very popular with photographers because of the endless variations in the rocks that make for nice foreground in pictures. :)
I really liked how the sunset reflects on the wet rocks.
It's gray and rainy here today, which is good because we desperately need the rain, but it's not conducive to consciousness. I want to go make a nest in my bed and nap all day. It also makes me want to post this photo of a gray, foggy day in Newfoundland.
