Head scratcher from AT&T customer service this morning. The claim is that any device ever connected to my home wifi will drain speed even if it is shut off and physically in a different state. #techmastodon is there absolutely any truth to this? They were so, so certain and apparently this is a go-to explanation for slow service, but it feels ... improbable...
