I'm fighting through the eepy to spend a couple hours sharing stories with you all!
First we'll check out "The Archivist and the Revolution" by @autumn, then time permitting, look at some late 90's/early 2000's web fiction that indirectly inspired the Kali avatar design.
Well! Time did not permit, on the latter; turns out, reading some interactive fiction billed as "30-60 minutes to reach an ending" takes four hours in a stream context. But! It was a really thought-provoking game! And special surprise, author @autumn paid a visit in the chat and gave suggestions on endings to check out*!
#PeerTube just gets better and better - something the rest of the #Fediverse could really benefit from is observing how it leverages external technologies through its plugin network.
No longer just a #VoD platform, or a #Twitch replacement with native #LiveChat via plugins with all of the goodies one would expect, but now with #podcast support the raises the bar even higher...
And everything is easy peasy when integrating Fediverse OAUTH... more on that later ;)
Three Commander Keen episodes down!
After episode 3, we're moving on to episode 4, right?
Wrong!!
Instead we'll play the so-called lost episode, "Keen Dreams", before moving on to the Goodbye Galaxy duology!
This was a heartwarming story about emotional connections between young teenage girls. It reminded me of the kind of friendships and connections I dreamed about when I was 12-14. Very nostalgic, and beautifully written and illustrated. The graphics echo the feelings quite vividly. -Lily&
This was a very strange and frustratingly challenging game that likely echoes the feelings of someone who is forced to endure holiday parties at work against their wishes. -Lily&
This is a fun little game where you play as the magic sword that does all the work for a cowardly prince whom you need to protect from all dangers. Good concept in spite of the bugs. -Lily&
Apparently I had some scuff during the stream which I didn't notice so it's two VODs for one tonight! Lots of visual progress in porting Stop THEM! from Unity to Godot
Toolsday on Sunday is finished for the night. Thanks for watching everyone.
