Ich beschäftige mich seit ca. 15 Jahren mit #Waldorf und der #Anthroposophie. Zwar immer nur so nebenher und vor allem durch Sekundärquellen, aber da haben sich doch so einige Themen eingebrannt, um einem unbedarften Gegenüber ggf. einen kleinen Blick über den Abgrund zu geben, auch wenn man manchmal etwas vage bleiben muss, weil man sich das alles nicht wörtlich merken kann.
Ich hab dabei vor einiger Zeit festgestellt, dass ich mich dabei wie ein Verschwörungsmythiker anhören muss:
Der @AnthroBlogger schreibt, dass Waldorfschüler:innen aus #Thüringen nach #Moskau gereist sind. Dann ging es weiter nach Wologda. Im Reisebericht heißt es: »Es fühlt sich genau richtig an.«

Growing up in (very) majority white societies (Netherlands and Germany) my first real hardcore "introduction" to #racism was at age 17 when we read David Woods Biko in school in my English courses. That was in1987. My teacher left us with the book and we had to cope with it on our own at first. This started a journey towards understanding systemic racism and bias. A journey that is still ongoing and still forces me to unlearn day by day. Thank you, Mr. Clemens (my English teacher).
@jwildeboer for me, school did shit, as it was a #Waldorf school which was a really bad place from a diversity perspective and people generally seemed to look down on immigrants or certain socio-economic classes (despite myself growing up piss-poor and only being on this private school for other reasons).
What finally made me wake up to this topic was watching American History X at around 13 or 14 which made me start to question a lot about the society around me.
My daughter attends a #Waldorf school. Something I’ve been thinking is that the Waldorf methodology is probably #AI proof, in that the don’t rely on testing. It generally focuses on the whole person and fostering creativity, things we need for working with #LLM tech. It might be the education needed to live in an AI world
Outside time is paramount in Waldorf education. We've not had enough of it recently with - first, the rainy weather, and then, being under the weather.
Anyway, we're at the park today and my little girl has just made a friend - hooray! But I have this overwhelming need to pee - boo! So as much as I'm enjoying being outside in this lovely breeze, we have to go soon. #outsidetime#waldorf#education
