I’ve been messing around with my airbrush for a bit now, and finally had the chance to put through it. Had an interesting AB situation. I had done the one on the left using a regular brush and the one on the right through the airbrush. I probably went heavier than necessary (yay inexperience), but they look pretty comparable, particularly in the panel lines. I will airbrush base coat with speedpaints again.

MANY years ago, I backed a for a set of dwarven . They've always been a lower priority than everything else. But tonight, I came really close to finishing one of the best from the set -- the Undead Dwarf.

This is without washes, but with a rust effect on his armor. Next stop: Soft Tone for the bones and Dark Tone for everything else. Then Matte Varnish.

Playing with Army Painter Speed Paints 2.0

I can see how easy it’ll be to paint up tiny tanks fast. I’ll need to pick up more colors.

Put some things on my Christmas list so I can attempt to paint my Series 1

Anyone have any tips on using washes? For the I've painted previously, I primed in black, then dry brushed grey and then white. Then used just speed paints.

On these I think I want to prime with a light beige, then drybrush white, then use speeds. But a lot of people recommending washes after for deeper shadows. Any thoughts?
