I haven't been writing well since the January 6th insurrection - but I'm still getting new chapters out once in a while. I'd like to get back to that being more often.

The continuation of today's Pony Driland fic has been published. The first scene I said I wanted to write is done. Tomorrow I will be working on the next scene of the fic.

What are people's favourite Sunday afternoon fics? Not necessarily 'cozy', but that perfect length to read while eating lunch really slowly and thinking about doing chores? My hot take is that 10k is the perfect fic length.

The Desert Storm by Blue_Sunshine excellent storytelling, absolutely massive, (to the extent it reminds me of Saving Connor) still updating. This is a series of fics under a collection. Has a wide host of OC's and some excellent storytelling and development of Shmi's character. Later parts feature an incredibly scary Darth Plaegious. With all that said, it's pace is at times disappointingly slow, and I don't like Anakin, who the later parts focus on. https://archiveofourown.org/series/1311746
