ArtBear,

I listened to this track until I knew every word when I was a kid.

Ian Dury and the Blockheads - Reasons to be Cheerful Pt. 3

ArtBear,

Happiness from the 90s. Bottled and shipped through time.

Len - Steal My Sunshine

ArtBear,

If you don't know welsh artist, Novo Amor, you really should change that.

All 4 tracks on his 2017 EP Bathing Beach are especially beautiful. This is track 4 & there is no earthly reason for it be less well played.

Goodnight Mastodonia, sweet dreams when you sleep.

Novo Amor - Embody Me

ArtBear,

@costrike

Yes, Anchor and Carry You as well as being amazing tracks both have gorgeous videos too. Fantastic imagery, grading etc.

The lone release single Alps is an absolutely amazing track.

Novo Amor - Alps

ArtBear,

Great upbeat 90s song (as long as you don't listen in too close to the lyrics).

Third Eye Blind - Semi-Charmed Life

ArtBear,

Choreography is really something else.
Track kicks too.

The Kills - Doing It To Death

ArtBear,

Sometimes people need to hear this advice. Sometimes it's you who needs it.

Vol.11 so the message is clear. 🤨 😇

Ok Go

ArtBear,

Strong track. Should have been a single? But maybe it's a bit off beam from people's expectations.

Fall Out Boy - Stay Frosty Royal Milk Tea

ArtBear,

Punk on vibes. Outlier.

Bad medicine, but good music!

The Pretty Reckless - My Medicine

ArtBear,

I should be asleep. I just can't find it.

Oh well least I got to enjoy a cool track I hadn't heard in an age.

Cornershop - Sleep on the Left Side

ArtBear,

Gorgeous RHCP track, one of my faves, & mellow video too.

Red Hot Chili Peppers - Scar Tissue

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mzJj5-lubeM

ArtBear,

I have a huge soft spot for Sting's 1st solo album (The Dream Of The Blue Turtles) and the live album (Bring On The Night). I played those records a lot.

Upbeat track with a nice slice of reggae flavour.

Sting - Love Is The Seventh Wave

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uXZistami3c

ArtBear,

OK I admit it.

I had the entire The Cure catalogue as LPs in the 80s. I also had a tall floor light with 5 spots with individual switches. Some of the bulbs may have been coloured, red blue etc. These facts are not entirely unrelated.

The Cure - Perfect Girl

ArtBear,

Seen this music vid from Garbage?

Garbage - Sex Is Not The Enemy

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b8kaBRfKi1c

ArtBear,

Amazing guitar. Passionate vocals.

Playing this way is impressive enough, but while singing powerfully is pretty sweet.

This is audio off the The Dance CD but the visuals from the DVD. Works surprisingly well, adding better sound mastering, but with the video.

Fleetwood Mac - Big Love (The Dance)

Fresh, frozen. Grungy, smooth.
Great new track.

Bully - Lose You (ft. Soccer Mommy)

ArtBear,

At the time I didn't like 2.0 quite as much as the self titled debut, but re-listening I found a lot to like.

Garbage - I Think I'm Paranoid

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ypr18UmxOas

ArtBear,

Another headphones recommended track. Juicy electronica rock.

Ratatat - Loud Pipes

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BcoPKWzLjrE

ArtBear,

Goodnight Mastodonia.

Pretty decent album as I recall. I should listen again. This track was prolific around the Millenium. Especially with bar/venue/club staff wanting you to now go be elsewhere. 😉

Semisonic - Closing Time

ArtBear,

I hope your weekend is going well. Beautiful song, lovely animation.
