The new #YOASOBI#Pokemon song Biri-Biri is very 16-bit. The visuals tho. Feels like two player avatars in a game when you and your friend ride your koraidon and cyclizar together.
This song is by a person in the #bemani scene known as Ryutaro Nakahara (中原龍太郎) under the alias of Seiryu (translated as Blue Dragon), where the name of the song is "Blue Dragon" where the Album name is also called "Blue Dragon".
For those familiar with Ms. Green Apple, who made many songs such as Inferno (for the anime "Fire Force"), this one is a theme song to a romance film called "Kimi ni Koi Shita 30 Nichi" (青夏 きみに恋した30日). I personally hadn't watched it yet, so I can't give my full opinion on the movie.
While the literal translation is ultramarine, it is simplified to blue. This is a somber song that I believe is about chasing dreams and the hardships that come from it.
This JMusicFriday's theme is idols and the person organizing it said we can choose more than 1 and went for 3. I'll also go for three. I could go for more, but if I do, I'd just spam a bunch of Vtuber and BanG Dream songs :GuiltyChuckle:.
Hopefully BanG Dream counts just fine. It's more bands than idols though, I guess?
