Lmfao, they write up a sob story for the poor little lord sleeping in the basement of his restaurant but only briefly ask why he doesn't just use his tenant's rent to cover his own rental while he waits for the LTB decision.

His response? "I should not have to do that."

I have my own thoughts and approaches, but would love to hear from yous on how you go about it. I always love using my knowledge and experience to help people, but I'm very wary of running roughshod over people and try pretty hard not to cultivate deference in those interactions. But it's tricky, so please share your tricks!

Played a lot of hockey throughout my life. In general, you don't want to be chucking knuckles with someone who's wearing a bucket that's got a visor because it'll just fuck up your hand. The thing to do is actually to reach past and grab the back/bottom lip of the helmet and pull it toward you. The helmet will either pop off, or you'll be able to fold your dance partner downward so you can get in body shots with your other hand.
