Let’s end the fur industry in Europe!

As the voice of civil society organisations in the EU, we are thrilled to see that ‘Fur Free Europe’ is the most successful European Citizens' Initiative for animals ever, with more than 1.5 million signatures!

This initiative calls on the EU to ban:

❌ fur farms;
❌ farmed fur products in the EU market.

What’s next? The @EU_Commission's response with actions planned is expected by the end of 2023.

Plastic waste is highly detrimental to our health, lives, economies and planet.

As the world's second largest producer of bioplastics and biodegradable plastics, the EU should raise the bar globally to ensure reaching the goals of sustainability and circularity.

We propose raising the percentage of packaging waste recycled at scale from 75% to 90% of the EU population by 2030.
