J'ai ma copine (meuf trans) qui cherche un taff en tant que dev / ingénieur depuis 3-6 mois et elle y arrive pas du tout.
Récemment elle a eu une réponse négative "en faite on cherche plus ce profil".
Puis une semaine après elle a reçu une demande d'un chasseur de tête pour le même poste.
Du coup elle pense que son refus c'était probablement de la transphobie.
Elle cherche à rencontrer des femmes trans qui sont dans ce type de métier pour discuter de leurs vécu pour l'aider / la rassurer.

Je viens de jouer à blood on the Clock Tower qui est un jeu de société qui ressemble au loup-garou de Thiercelieu mais qui est beaucoup mieux. Genre 10 fois mieux. Ça enlève tous les défauts du loup-garou de tiercelieu et ça ajoute plein de choses trop trop cool. Exemple : les morts peuvent continuer à jouer. C'était tellement bien que nous avons joué 3h et qu'il y a eu au moins une demi-heure de débrief après.

If you go to Japan, you can learn hiragana & katakana.
Lots of people start with hiragana then are being too lazy to learn the katakana. But I recommand to start with katakana because it's used for English word.
So if you can read katakana you are literally reading English!
For example here the character are "ka-fe-ra-te" => "café latté"

Some words are sometimes in French (ka-fe-ho-cho-ko-ra)
