@mjgardner This is not about credit, this is about making it accessible for blind users! Yes, I know xkcd adds another quip in the tool tip and you did the same. But how is this helping my blind followers to know what is in your toot when I boost it?

@mjgardner I didn't call you out, I added an image description for my blind followers so that they know what is in the toot. The information "actual" informs them that while the original image had an image description on the formal level it did not describe the image.

What I have seen others do for xkcd-style jokes: In the alt text have an image description and in the end the additional joke.

Das Selbstbestimmungsgesetz ist gegenüber dem TSG:

  1. größerenteils ein Upgrade für die, die noch nicht Name und rechtliches Geschlecht ändern konnten

  2. ein Downgrade für die, die es schon anpassen konnten (wozu Gruppe 1 dann ja auch irgendwann gehört)

Warum 1: Nicht mehr 2000€ für die zwei psychologischen Gutachten und Gerichtskosten. Nicht mehr Jahre warten (unter einem Jahr Psychotherapie schien man es gar nicht probieren zu brauchen und ich glaub ich kenn niemanden, wo es nicht mehrere

If interfaces have default methods now then what the heck is the point of abstract classes?? JAVA is making me crazy. I don’t use these higher levels of abstraction nearly enough so when they change it’s a crisis conceptually.
