In 2020, Apress published my first book, 'Arduino Software Internals'. My second, 'Arduino Interrupts' was published in Dec 2023. I'm writing another as well as a 2nd edition of 'Internals' to document recent changes.

Good morning fellow Mastos and hello Wednesday. It's bin day! And today we are having a survey done on the house, which we may have sold! But, this is England where it's not sold until the money is in the bank. Buyers/sellers can pull out at any time without notice. As a previous buyer did, after 4 months!

The remote control for the TV where we are staying tonight worked long enough to turn the TV on, and no longer

There are no channel changing or volume control buttons on this JVC. Not even a power button!

What to do?

Found "TV remote" app on my phone, programmed it for this JVC and all is well again.

Will buy a couple of AAA batteries tomorrow.

MrsD's trip to Scarborough, as mentioned yesterday, doesn't start until Wednesday! I got my days mixed up. Oops! 🤭

Good morning fellow Mastos and hello to a horrible, dark, miserable, wet, rainy and windy Monday. Again!

Wesley has decided that he is definitely not going out in it, until he absolutely has to. He, and I may not have a choice later though.

MrsD is going to Scarborough with her walking group for their annual 3 day "walking the coast" trip. Wesley and I are staying home.
