@melissabeartrix @SteveClough I did once when a Starbucks barista made a white mocha instead of a regular mocha then insisted they made the drink correctly. I was a supervisor at a different Starbucks at the time and knew the policy was to remake the drink no matter what. It wasn’t a Karen moment, I was calm the whole time if a little shocked.

@melissabeartrix @SteveClough I’ve been screamed at, spit on, had hot coffee thrown at me, and so much more. I’ve never understood how people can be so awful to their fellow human beings. I don’t wish that kind of behavior on anyone but, yeah, maybe if everyone had to work retail it would be better overall.

I just had a two hour long conversation with my best friend about aging. We talked about everything we’ve been thinking about as we enter our 40s but haven’t vocalized and, honestly, it was cathartic.

@melissabeartrix Wax play was a lot of fun. I did it with a Dom that really knew what he was doing. I have a high pain threshold and wax play was on the milder end of the spectrum for me so the whole experience just felt intimate and erotic, especially being tied up for it.

When I was a kid, my mom made a new rug out of an old one for me. She turned over a rug she no longer wanted and used rug glue to attach rug samples in a patch quilt type of way. It's was really cute and it's
still there.

*Back then, rug samples were free.
