In an attempt to save the last remnant of lily, I sent 22 for deer and rabbit repellent earlier today, which I've never used before.

I went out to apply. The smell started to gag me, it began to leak on my hand which caused mild upset, fearing I was slightly downwind and now smelled of it, I put the bottle down and went to wash my hands, reassess.

Walked into the house and said, "I'm sure this could be made with piss."

Just then, 22, looking outside, hits the window, "Hey!", he shouts and opens the backdoor. Courage runs in and puts himself in the corner behind furniture.

"What happened?"

"He lifted his leg on your lily."

"See! I told you!"

Them: do you approve <this>?

Me: what do you intend to do with <this>, what specifically are you seeking my alignment to do with <this>?

Them: it sounds like <this> is not ready to be approved, <this> is a problem now.

Me: what is the problem? What does my approval (or lack of approval) allow you to proceed with (or prevent you from achieving)?

Them: will you tell <others> to give you <what you need>?

Me: <they> know what I need, <this> is not <their> priority. If you tell me what is triggered or prevented by my alignment, perhaps we can come to an aligned understanding and a pathway forward.

Them: I put a meeting on your calendar for Monday. Have a good weekend.

Me: <I wanted you to shut up anyway if you can't tell me why you are asking me to approve this half-assed piece of <this>, what is intended, AND, I'm only less friendly and more pointed on Mondays, so good luck, BISH>

Our stupid work systems are adding to my stress level by sending me an email telling me if I don't complete past due trainings it will kick me out of the systems within now 6 days.
When I look at the trainings, it is for the introduction to a system that I've been working in since it's inception more than 6 years ago. It's a series of trainings that does not identify how long each block will take, cannot be at all skipped through, and must be physically manned to click "next" for each slide after a voice reads through the entirety of each slide. The 2nd one asks me if I want to pick up where I left off and when I say yes, it says 'congrats you completed'.
There is no contact information for me to say, "look, let's be practical here, I've literally been more than proficient in this system for more than 6 years, why am I being tapped to do exhaustive trainings that I clearly do not need, 6 years later?"

I'm so emotional right now, I want to shout "Lock me out of the systems. I dare you at this point. I actually dare you."
