Finally (hopefully!) managed to track down most of the things that were causing random dropouts and crackling noises in my setup - if you listen to my streams, you've likely heard some of these on occasion.

Rebuilt my Loopback Audio config, fiddled with Audio MIDI Setup and made some changes there with my aggretate device (drift correction now appears to be working better), replaced some USB cables, etc.

This is getting complicated. I really need to start a log book.

@baymud Are you on a Mac and using an Aggregate Device? If so, I found what made a big difference was the order devices are listed. First list the device that clocks everything else - uncheck drift correction. All other devices are listed below that and have drift correction checked. For me this improved things a lot.
