I was wondering about the longest domestic trip you could do by air in Australia. Glancing online, it looks like flying from the Cocos Islands in the Indian Ocean to Norfolk Island in the Pacific (via Perth and Sydney) would take about 12 hours flying time, not factoring in the transit time at airports. That would be one long trek!

Today I learned the Australian government designates a selection of phone numbers that look real but will never be actually active for use in TVs or movies. @jedsetter it’s possible some servers have worked out how to set up stricter rules but the standard is it lets you edit and then notifies the people who boosted you of the edit

@stib @jedsetter as is you can easily unboost it. I think the big problem is a lot of people aren’t here all the time and/or are flooded with other notifications so a maliciously edited boost could easily sit on their profile for days before they notice
