I get that politics is disappointing. No one ever gets everything they want from any politician.

That said, we should be EXTREMELY critical (dare I say suspicious, even) of anyone who'd trivialize voting in a constitutional republic, especially in one where people died for the right to do so within living memory. Let's also not forget that our foreign adversaries are amplifying these kinds of messages to weaken our societies from...

You’re right, of course. Those of us here all know what the stakes are, that there’s an axis of wealth and fascism that desperately wants to entrench themselves. They’ve gone to great lengths to confuse people and she’s their success story. Because they don’t have the numbers in their favor, they suppress votes, they cheat, and they rely on dissatisfied people to sit this one out, or vote for a protest candidate. Such folly.😒 You’re correct to gently but firmly say no.

Not surprised that he and his wife were in that camp, but how utterly appalling that they were completely comfortable expressing that opinion so publicly!

Justice is supposed to be blind, yet again he waved a corrupted middle finger at that notion! We need SC term limits ASAP! They'd be of less value to billionaires, and we’d at least have a glimmer of hope for getting rid of 2010’s Citizens United, which has harmed democracy. Today’s young voters have some heavy lifting ahead.

    Well, it’s probably cost effective. Easier to stiff the survivors.

    Also, too many captured orcs probably continue to call home from their captivity. They find out that there really are no nazis, and that indoor plumbing is abundant, etc., as they’re properly fed and treated according to Geneva convention. Thus the holes in russian propaganda grow larger, letting way too much light into the minds of the brainwashed masses.

    Is it possible for putin to replace self-interested henchmen with more effective people? One would hope not. In any effect, patrushev out, shoigu has a new job, and a new guy in defense ministry. Shall he have an illustrious, short career lining his own pockets with plunder and planning castles in the countryside.

    I just found out today that my pawpaw gave up they keys to the tractor for his Florida panhandle farm at 105 years old. It was and still is a diversified farm, and my aunt is on the tractor now in her 70's. They are a testament to the south and the food that comes from it.

    He was told, at age 105, that it’s time to hand over the keys…to the tractor??😳🤭 What a wonderful story and quite a testament to the benefits of eating local produce! Thanks for this on an otherwise truly awful news day.

    I hope he’s okay with this lifestyle change. Is there another seat? Maybe he should sit shotgun while someone else drives.

    This is the spirit that makes life worth living. I’m so worried for its survival. The country is only three million people? Strong statements from the West won’t convince the terrorist horde to back off. These unique dances and (complex!) music will be lost.     According to the article, it’s that stack of rubles (and maybe gold bars) that got him sanctioned. The U.S. stated that he and his family had a lifestyle incongruous to a civil servant’s salary. 🤭 I’ll bet that’s not how he sees himself.😁

    I visited that part of France, staying with friends whose two hundred year old family home is in Biarritz. It just sickens me that elite orc mafia have utterly defiled and contaminated so many beautiful cities and countrysides, inflicting themselves on once normal and very special places. France seems to have been a magnet, but London also has a huge problem.

    It’s accurate to say that the senior advisor to (and I hope not the boss of) my president has taken issue with these strikes. But Americans don’t! Imho, Biden would be stronger and more favorable to voters, if he would say unambiguously that we want Ukraine to win, and we acknowledge their right to hit those targets. Gas is going to be higher come election no matter what he does, since fascists control gas. They don’t control honor and duty.🇺🇸
