Having watched Safiya Nygaard tuft a rug, I too want to try it.

There's a place in San Jose that offers rug tufting workshops. They start at $100 though. That's perfectly reasonable for a 4-hour experience, but more than I'm comfortable spending right now.

Every time I vacuum with my new machine, my air filtration system goes nuts. It didn't exactly like when I vacuumed with the old one, but it didn't have conniption fits.

I'm starting to think that I should have spent more money when my old vacuum died. 🤔

I've finished my taxes. Now I'm uploading videos from my phone to my Mac.

I wonder if a newer phone would be better at airdropping videos. My old iPhone 11 Pro Max balks at uploading more than. a couple at a time. It would be sweet to just set it to upload an hours worth of video and do other things while it shuffles bits.

Giant #redwoods are thriving in the UK. The wet climate is good for them and they grow at similar rates to their native California. However, they do not reproduce.

Redwoods were originally imported to the UK by the Victorians as horticultural status symbols. Given how they tower over other tree species commonly planted in the British Isles, it's not hard to see their appeal.

Tired today, after I spent most of yesterday driving. But my trip was succesful - I found several senior mobile home parks that I could see myself live happily in.

I need to mull my options and get some advice before I make a decision about how to proceed.

I keep getting ads from real estate companies offering to buy mobile homes here. That's an option, instead of putting the home on the market myself in the conventional way. If they match Zillow's estimate, it would be a no-brainer.
