Just had to head off a white man who was looking like he was going to bully some kids at the local park.

He was using the excuse of the kids pulling dead branches off trees as an excuse.

As I started walking slowly to him and as one of the kids started doing as he said, he backed off without saying anything.

It was scary that he was driving and parked his car to "enforce". Imagine how the kids felt!

I'm not going out without something to protect myself now.

Attack the Capital building - minimal police presence and highlight that these people have the right to protest.

Peaceful protest at UT Austin - get the police in there with violent intent.

I may need to go to hospital and remember being driven back from hospital on other occasions. Does anyone know what these circumstances involve? I can’t remember.
I am sure this happened in the past. Was it ambulance transport?

Local hospitals are saying no they don’t do that so wondering how the eff to get home when can’t stand or sit up long without passing out.

Honest question for white people that don't consider themselves racist:

White nationalists have been vocal about their attacks on DEI. These are literally the same people that talk about Charlottesville, Jan 6th, and ethnic cleansing.

They've laid out exactly how they plan to destroy DEI.

1. Make false claims that DEI is about giving unqualified Black people an unfair advantage

2. Work with racist politicians to use this as a pretext to make all DEI programs illegal.

Of all countries I expect to produce hopeful fiction about the #environment, China was not the top of the list. But I was really intrigued after reading a news article about it & decided to give Sunrise on the River a try.
I thought it would be a dry drama but there is a dead body, fishy beurocrats, a possible conspiracy and a mysterious environmental mystery. Another thing that surprised me is the subs are pretty decent. Worth a watch! Its on Youtube.
