"The American law system is becoming increasingly broken in two key ways. The perennial problem, always there but now magnified by Trumpish impunity, is that there’s one legal system for the poor and another for the rich. Trump might well be convicted of felony fraud, but with money for lawyers and appeals, he’s unlikely to face punishment anytime soon, if ever."

The real emergency in our legal system is the militant Catholic takeover of the federal court system, led by Leonard Leo, K Street’s Knight of Malta."

Certainly, Trump's Nazi leanings deserve as least as much coverage as the non-story about Hillary’s emails. To date, the Times has published one story on Trump's use of Hitler’s language."

Republicans also correctly view both justices as people who don’t believe any rules should apply to them. … The only thing that will fix this is court reform, enshrined into law by Congress."

In the powerful graduation speech Biden gave at Morehouse College, an HBCU, he stated,

"Let’s be clear what happens to you and your family when old ghosts in new garments seize power. Extremists come for the freedoms you thought belonged to you and everyone."

When the KKK began wearing white robes, it did so with the explicit thought of striking terror into its targets, by appearing as a ghost army.

In Minnesota Friday, Trump echoed fascists when he told supporters that their opponents are corrupt communists to whom the US does not belong: it belongs to MAGA.

Saturday at the NRA meeting in Dallas, he threw out the idea of nullifying the constitutional amendment limiting a president to two terms. He also urged his followers there to "be rebellious."

He told the same crowd that if Biden were Republican, he'd have been given the electric chair.

He continues to lie grossly about having won the 2020 election — when he did not do so. He said yesterday that the courtroom for his trial is like Fort Knox, with police everywhere blocking people from coming near. "This is, quite simply, a lie," and the reality is, his supporters have not turned out to support him.
