I don't know if it will help you, but the Lo Fi channel on YouTube has done wonders for me for tuning out distractions

Ooo, lo fi is nice, I'll try that again.

I've been enjoying synthwave, especially the really common stuff you hear on youtube shorts and things like that. A strong electronic beat helps me get in some kind of groove, even if it's just a "drive home without going bonkers" groove. XD

Be me trying to explain to my relatives why having the cable news on when I walk in the room makes me want to scream at the universe and tear down a wall.

They could be talking about a puppy pageant and I'd still want to throw my shoe through the screen. Everything about their cadence and delivery is just WRONG.
