Netanyahu delayed military action as Hamas poured into Israel to ensure that a sufficient number of fighters penetrated Israel. He used the very predictable consequences of his actions to justify months of massacres and seizure of the same settlements subject to summer pogroms. Blight-brained Biden backed him up on it.
