Made the lunchbox brownies today with Guittard Cocoa Rouge powder. This recipe is a keeper. Never made peanut butter brownies before. Not sure if it matters but as with other baking I brought the eggs to room temperature before cracking and I let the melted butter cool. Might try browned butter next time. Guittard is my go to for chocolate chips/pieces for cookies, pretty sure they supply the chocolate to See’s candies.#baking#recipes#brownies
