Reddit refugees, has your favorite sub migrated already?

I, being someone who works with computers, have had some luck with most of my favorite subs being here already.

Despite that, some of my hobby ones still aren't here. NFL exists, but it's the same as nothing so far. Soccer I couldn't find at first, maybe today it already does? Also, no sign of fantasy football.

I also followed a bunch of History subs, but looks like most people in Lemmy only care about science and technology.

One of my main subs was /r/cfb, I don't think it has transitioned yet... Hopefully it'll get up and running before football season starts.

Not quite but slowly either finding people who have or else solving that issue myself. MirrorsEdgeAesthetics isn't working no matter what I try, but just about everything elseiI'm slowly getting started with here, at least for the SFW stuff anyway.

I'm going through my backlog rn, recently picked reading back up after college killed my voracious appetite. Currently working through my very first few WH40K books, after that I'll probably read Dune. I've heard good stuff about WoT, how is it? I've read some fantasy staples but I'd be lying if I said I was a connoisseur. I just know my teachers in school didn't like the author.

Not fully. Some are but nothing that I've found like consolerrepair of any of the console hack community's. The main thing I liked from those was the resources you could find from the wikis or from old post.

Yeah I've been quite into PSP hardware and software modding lately and though the subreddit for it wasn't perfect it still had a lot of good info posted over the past decade and a bit!

For the most part yes, I would say anything mainstream is generally made its way to lemmy, however some niche subs like r/hamradio r/gmrs and some gaming subreddits like r/fireemblem and r/finalfantasy seem to be missing. Honestly I'm surprised even 90+% of the communities I follow are on here, I'm quite hopeful that it'll continue to get better.

I'd love to see a Minnesota Vikings subreddit and am thinking about starting one but am intimidated* at being not only a mod but the top mod. I've never been a mod before and don't want to mess it up haha

Hello fellow skoldier. I would love for there to be a community here. I made one on kbin, but when I've gauged interest in the sub's discord I didn't get a lot of concrete interest.

Some of them sounded like they wanted to do stuff like read books or go outside. But that just sounds lame to me :(
