@Binder I make a pourover in the morning so it takes a good fifteen minutes. Having simple, slow-paced, discreet steps, backed by scales and timers, is about my waking speed.
Still, set my kettle on fire once this year. Today I tried to brew whole beans.
Thinking of keeping a bit of instant in the house for the Other Days, but afraid that's a slippery slope.
@troublewithwords@Binder I grind beans for a pot every morning. Put in machine, fill water tank, push Brew and sit down for a few minutes. For Christmas I got us an espresso and cappuccino/latte maker. Not sure how that will be received, but I want a cappuccino in the afternoon.
@Binder@Subumbral Granted it's no good for coffee, but my solution to this issue was to put a mini fridge and kettle in my bedroom. Also very handy for hangover days 😄
