@cliffwade @protonmail well I'd like a referral code to give Mail plus a shot.

I was looking at going to Fastmail but after some further looks into it, I think if I'm paying for privacy and security Proton seems to be the better option.

If someone already has an account setup, can they use my referral link to get a month of Mail Plus for free?

Andrew is stating that the link isn't working for him when he's already signed into his account, which I assume is on the free plan at the moment.

@cliffwade @protonmail yep free plan setup last year but not really used. Referral link gives me the option to sign in, which works fine but then just takes me to my inbox.

From the FAQ in the support article above:
"Can I invite friends who have used Proton Mail before?

No. You’ll only get credits from referring people who have never used Proton Mail before."
