@consumablejoy I know! My only complaint is that the shrimp they used are like, teeny. Probably because it is shrimp, and not prawn which I think is more normally used.
It's better than a lot of delivery tempura I've had (prolly cuz it gets soggy en route). And at $20 for 2lbs of it... I'm not complaining, honestly.
10 min the air fryer at 400 and it's nice and crisp, not greasy at all.
