Zone 8b I don't have a lot of $, if you could pick 3-5 outdoor plants that do well in containers... what would it be? I'm thinking of getting a grape tomato plant like, for sure. Is there a berry that I can do in a pot? I love berries. For herbs I cook Japanese food primarily. Other "traditional" herbs are less useful for me. And I like flowers! Low maintenance is a must! #gardening #plants

Laplantgenetics, 1 month ago @MsHearthWitch You can grow ginger in a pot & get the tender new growth to eat instead of the hard, fibrous rhizomes that pass for ginger at the grocery. Also has potential to flower.
