How many of the domains you own do you actively use?

@stefan I have something like 15 domains and I only actively use three or four of them. Most of them are just for SEO/typo-redirection purposes or are sites that I don't actively update but kinda need to stick around for Reasons.

@stefan Bought one on an impulse last year and haven't used it. Might use it for a professional online presence at some point. Not in a rush though.

As for me, that's 11 domains in total, including a redirect from my old personal website.

And I actually use nearly all of them, I'm a bit surprised to learn. I've had a few for ideas I never really got around to working on that must've already expired. I guess I'm getting better at impulsively buying domain names.

Let's say I have access to domains that are not under my name but I can create subdomains at will.

Then I'm between 5 and 10, and use 100% of those (if not more for the countless sub-domains)

@Andres Yeah, I got into the habit of using subdomains, that definitely helps me.

@jake4480 Yeah, if they're important enough to be renewed every year or two, they're definitely in use.

@stefan Yeah... heh heh I renewed 1 and bought 2 more new today. Maybe around 25%ish. Some are for clients, some are for future projects and some are just the TLD variations.
