My own experience is that the #SteamDeck is unusable outside home because I can't use it with my phone as modem. WiFi is completely instable. I have to constantly reconnect manually, and the Steam app very badly handles that (keeps thinking I'm offline).
My only game playable offline: Half-Life 2.
