PhantomOverload Test release 0.3

A WIP atmospheric first person shooter game

Quite a few changes have been made, so it's time for another test release!

New world type: forest
Parks in the city
New phantom appearance
A lot of new settings
View bobbing (disablable in settings)
Player footstep sounds
Ambient background noise (disablable by muting bus 3 in settings)
New phantom proximity effect: sound muffling
And a few more fixes and improvements
