The artist behind the 4724 Men of Golarion calendar is probably going to be banned from entering at least two nations on Golarion because of this. But sacrifices must be made to continue celebrating Golarion's longest-lasting gay couple.
The joke here is in Pathfinder lore. Geb (back) and Nex (front) are leaders of two nations named after themselves. The nations have been at war for 4000 years bc the men were once close and then got mad at each other.
To this day, citizens of each nation loathe ppl from the other nation in their monarchs' names.
Showing the two in love would be blasphemy (even if it's truth)
