@raghnallborders How do you feel about a true federal system with a written constitution setting clear the authority of a State of #Scotland (in the American/Australian/Mexican meaning of "state") and limiting that of a federal government in London to prevent #Westminster from willy-nilly overriding the will of the #Scottish people?
@raghnallborders Twas the brainchild of Donald Dewar. Labour were forced in to facilitating a Scottish Parliament but they rigged it to try and ensure there'd never be an SNP majority.
